Delivery Information
We work with KargoGo for both domestic and international orders. Shipping cost is calculated according the your shipping address. If your order exceeds €120, shipping is free.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days after you receive the shipment only if the product is damaged. Otherwise we don’t accept returns. We are not liable if the product is damaged on consumers’ behalf. We return the payment within one month when the product is received on our behalf and the return conditions are matched.
If you had free shipping on your order, it will be deducted from the payment when you return the product.
